The apartment is located in a quiet residential area of Venice landfill called Città Giardino (City Garden), very close to Venice Old Town. The property is just a five minutes walk away fr om Venezia-Mestre railway station, wh ere you can find trains to Venice Old Town and to all Veneto art cities. You can reach Venice also by bus. The bus stop is just 220 meters away (2 minutes).

The living room: table with four chairs, eco-leather sofa that easily becomes a queen-size bed, 32-inch Full HD LED TV with cable-SAT worldwide channels, USB ports, HD recorder and fully outfitted gourmet kitchen (with electric-induction heaters) equipped with all the cooking and kitchenware you need to savor a delicious dinner at home.
The bedroom: spacious and cozy, features double bed with bedside tables, mirrored wardrobe, relax area with sofa/single bed. The room has direct access to the terrace and garden.
The restroom: decorated with ivory-gray stoneware tiles and “deco” furnishings, comes with sink, toilet, bidet and shower.
Outdoor: when you're in the mood to stay outside you will have the opportunity to enjoy a 65 feet terrace, furnished with a table with two chairs and a design sofa, ideal for relaxing after a day out in Venice.
The apartment can accomodate 4 persons as follows: 1 double bed and 1 single bed in the bedroom; 1 sofa bed in the living room.
Upon arrival, the apartment is made available to the guest starting at 2 p.m.
The Guest must sign the rental agreement and provide an ID document that the Owner will scan.
The Owner shall present the apartment and inform the guests about the rules of behavior.
In addition, he should check with the guests the presence and integrity in the apartment of the equipment.
On the day of departure, the apartment must be left within 14 a.m.
When the guest returns the keys to the owner, he will verify, together with the Owner, the presence and integrity of the equipment and furnishings. In addition, they will verify the situation of the kitchen and in particular of the cleanliness of dishes, cutlery, refrigerator, induction cooking plates and microwave oven as well as the waste containers.
In this regard, please note that you can take advantage of the optional service for all the tasks mentioned above.
Five mid-sized cars can park on the pavement to the extent of one for each apartment. Large passenger cars require a specific agreement with the Owner who will exceptionally provide for special accommodations.
After lunch (1 pm – 4 pm) and in the evening and at night (9 pm – 8 am) it is not allowed to scream, make noise or talk loudly
For waste, you should use the appropriate container made available directly on the pavement.
IN GENERAL, INSIDE THE APARTMENT
The Guest strongly invited to respect the tranquility and privacy of the owners and neighbors.
Immediately after lunch ( 1 am – 4pm ) and in the evening and at night ( 9pm – 8am ) is not allowed to scream, make noise or speak loudly as well as keep up the volume of the television or music players.
It is forbidden to smoke inside the apartment. In accordance to the Condo Regulation (Tab n.7) it is forbidden for the guest to keep pets or animals in the Apartment.
It is advised to simply enjoy listening to music through headphones. At bedtime and just after lunch, please do not listen to loud music, scream, make noise or loud talking.
Children under eight years of age are not allowed to stay alone on the terrace.
In accordance to the Condo Regulation (Tab n.7), it is forbidden to keep animals of any kind on the terrace.
